Thank you so much for the class today. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to keep spinning
once I got home...but I am spinning!!! The lesson was just the right amount to time. You were
very patient and you are a great instructor. I really do think one-on-one instruction is the way
go. I would never have learned as fast as I did in a group class. I really enjoyed our
conversations as well. Thanks again,
